2 or More Gathering

The Women’s Leadership Team at the Naz presents the fourth annual 2 or More Gathering Event on Saturday, October 10 starting at 5pm. Come and enjoy a fun filled night! We will offer a delicious, elegant sit-down dinner, fun and amazing raffles, and a powerful and inspiring message from noted speaker and author, Elyse Mahan.

Mission for this Event: Our mission is to make a positive impact on our community by bringing together women from all walks of life in an uplifting and bonding experience. Through this event, we also hope to raise awareness concerning human trafficking which is a growing problem in every zip code in the United States. Human trafficking is the second leading crime in the world. We are supporting Our Daughters International with a portion of the proceeds.

Our Daughters International: Our Daughters International, and our partners, exist to bring an end to human trafficking, and to bring our daughters into safety. Our holistic approach enables rescued victims of trafficking to be restored as daughters and developed as leaders impacting their communities for today and tomorrow. Speaker: Elyse Mahan

Elyse Mahan is an author, speaker, and thought leader who is committed to using her platform to have authentic conversations and help women shake off shame and step into their God-given light.

Elyse is author of the book “Confessions of a Church Kid” and has written many devotionals such as “For God So Loved” and “Into The New.” Elyse coaches women on a regular basis, and it led her to create Breakthrough Bootcamp — a six week program for women to get unstuck, shake off shame, and go deeper with God. In 2021 she co-founded ClubDevotion, a global community of women committed to living a lifestyle of devotion.

As Elyse continues to inspire people in their life and challenge them in their faith, her influence has expanded into faith-based media. She was the co-producer and host of the “On A Lighter Note” podcast in partnership with Lightworkers and MGM Studios. She has also worked with MGM Studios as a media correspondent and hosted red carpet premieres including Respect (2021), Redeeming Love (2022), and the LA Style Awards (2023). She is a regular guest on TBN’s hit show Better Together and has been featured in LA Style Magazine, Propel, and other written publications. She continues to work with media outlets to create content that will help people find hope and have honest conversations about faith, health, and relationships. Elyse lives in Lakeland, Florida with her husband and their two daughters.
